Information you submit voluntarily

The contact form can receive your name, email address, subject, and message. This information is used to respond, review suggestions, address error reports, and improve the site.

Formspree

Formspree processes contact-form submissions so messages can be delivered to CVIdeal. Information included in the message is transmitted to that service. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Browser-based tools

The resume builder, cover letter generator, phrase library, and interview preparation tool run in the browser and do not require an account. Review information before exporting or sharing a document.

English resume draft storage

The English resume builder can automatically store progress in localStorage under cvideal_cv_generator_v2_en. The record may include contact details, target role, summary, experience, projects, education, certifications, languages, skills, professional links, template choice, and an optional photo stored locally when browser capacity permits.

The current step is stored under cvideal_cv_generator_v2_en_step. Spanish drafts remain separate under cvideal_cv_generator_v2 and cvideal_cv_generator_v2_step. Neither language reads the other language’s draft.

Use the builder’s Clear form button or browser site-data settings to remove a draft. According to the current code, the builder uses this data locally for editing, preview, copying, and file generation rather than sending it to a CVIdeal server.

Basic technical data

Like most websites, hosting may generate basic technical records such as access time, requested pages, browser or device type, and loading errors for security, performance, and maintenance.

Cookies and local storage

CVIdeal uses local storage to remember the cookie notice decision and basic preferences. It also loads the global Google AdSense script to verify the site and enable advertising services configured in the account. Google may process technical data and use cookies or similar technologies depending on the region, configuration, and applicable consent. See the cookie policy for details and options.

No sale of personal data

CVIdeal does not sell personal data. Contact information is used to respond to messages, operate and improve the site, and protect the service from abuse.

Privacy requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you submitted through the contact form. Use the contact page and identify the email address and type of request.
