Free resume builder
Build an editable resume with contact information, summary, experience, education, skills, projects, links, and optional photo. Review every detail before applying.
The guided steps help you organize real information instead of starting with a blank page. The preview updates while you write, and the ATS review checks wording and completeness using English-specific rules.
Tailor the summary, skills, and experience order to each job description. The tool provides suggestions, but it does not guarantee interviews or compatibility with every hiring system.

Replace broad claims such as “hardworking team player” with tasks, tools, scope, and outcomes you can explain. A useful bullet identifies what you did, why it mattered, and what changed.
Responsible for helping customers and completing office tasks.
Resolved customer requests, maintained service records, and coordinated daily follow-ups for an administrative support team.
The builder reviews English wording, common weak phrases, action verbs, section completeness, skills, and job-related keywords. These checks help identify editing opportunities; they do not reproduce an employer’s system or predict a hiring decision.
Use recommendations only when they fit your real background. Do not add a keyword, tool, metric, or responsibility simply to change a score.
The photo template remains available because the shared tool supports different markets. A photo is generally not expected on a standard US resume. Consider the employer, role, location, and application instructions before using it.
If you add a photo, it can become part of the locally saved draft and exported document. Remove it before applying if you decide it is not appropriate.
The English builder stores its draft in your browser under cvideal_cv_generator_v2_en and the current step under cvideal_cv_generator_v2_en_step. It does not read the Spanish draft keys.
The saved information can remain on the same browser profile after the page closes. Anyone with access to that profile may be able to open the builder and view it. Use Clear form or browser site-data settings to remove the draft.
English exports use US Letter. PDF is designed to preserve appearance, while DOCX remains editable. The employer or application portal may request a specific format, so follow its instructions.
The tool cannot verify your identity, employment history, credentials, or outcomes. It cannot know every employer preference, market convention, or ATS configuration. You remain responsible for accuracy, relevance, privacy, and the final file.
Recommendations are general editing support, not legal, recruiting, or individualized career advice. Review the result for your location and application context.
